5. How do I create a PipedMusic account?
You can sign up from the homepage by clicking “Get Started” or “Start Free.” You only need an email and password. Start here

6. Do I need to enter payment details to start?
No. Just select your business type and create your account with name, email, and password. You’ll access a trial version to test the platform. If you continue, simply choose the plan that fits your business.

7. I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, request a new email from the login screen.

8. I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
Use “Forgot your password?” on the login page to receive a recovery email.

9. Can I have multiple users on the same account?
Currently, one account is linked to one business. With Pro or Business plans, you can manage multiple zones within the same account.

10. How do I change my email or password?
From your user panel, under “Settings” or “Profile.”
